Fyra is a gigantic tower city located on the west of [[Spawn - The Hole|Spawn.]] Founder and city mayor is [[404thread]]. The city consists of multiple Titans, who hold roles in governing of the city.

There are side floors that stretch between two pillars, and central floors that make up the main residential area. The central floors are each oriented in different directions to allow for easy vertical travel by elytra.

=== Floors of Fyra ===

Floors are arranged into three color sectors that define the purpose. Red floors denote the anarchy district. Everyone can build on red floor spaces and no permit is needed. Normal city rules still apply. Green floors denote citizen space. Fyra citizens and Titans are allowed to build on green floors without a permit.Cyan floors contain various administrative buildings and therefore these spaces are reserved for Titans. Building on these spaces is permitted only with a permit from a Fyra Titan.

The city hall building is found on the third floor. The southern wing of city hall, 2nd floor, contains the city administration and applications office.

== Fyra Titans, citizens and politics ==
A Fyra Titan is synonomous with the role of a city guardian, administrator, ambassador and leader. There are 6 Titans in total and each one of them has a large degree of freedom and authority in city matters. Any Titan has the authority to approve new citizens, buildings and political matters with other cities and nations. However, more often than not, Titans will consult and vote on matters pertaining to politics and citizen applications.

Fyra Titans are [[Refl]], [[Altun]]_, [[Kaidudeplays|KaidudePlays]], [[Sapphirebjoerny|SapphireBjoerny]] and [[Nota progamer|NotA_ProGamer]], in no particular order. [[404thread]] is the mayor of Fyra and the 6th Titan.

Fyra citizens are [[Redtrexler]], [[CodeLunar]], [[Hhannes]], [[Raelon225]] in no particular order. Everyone can apply to become a Fyra citizen by talking to a titan or applying at the administration office, 2nd floor city hall.

==== Politics ====
Fyra is a server superpower and possesses various high-tech defensive military installations. For example, the advanced weapons system WAPAN (Warden Antennae Powered Armageddon Nuke) is a server-first nuclear armament system that is able to reach any coordinate on the map in under 1 hour. In case of a war or sometimes as a preemtive measure, Fyra has the ability to silence aggression towards the city and their allies.

Most geopolitical issues are handled by the city mayor ([[404thread]]) or the minister of national defense - MOND for short ([[Refl]]).

===== Alliances and hostilities =====
A WAPAN base is currently under construction at [[Moon Lagoon]] to deter future hostilities against this glorious nation.

Fyra had a short conflict with it's northern neighbour, the now relocated [[Claytown]], in june 2013. The dispute was settled in a "civilized" manner and almost no players were harmed in the process.

== City rules ==
In addition to normal server rules, Fyra has it's own 4 simple rules which apply within the city:

# A titan's word is law.
# Under no circuimstances should anyone alter or destroy Fyra pillars, floor or infrastructure. A permit can be applied for at the city hall.
# Mark your area so that others know you intent to build here. Builds inactive for over a year can be removed by city administration, upon neccessity.
# Don't build in an area that is clearly marked to belong to someone else. Use common sense.
