			The idea of a political block dedicated to common development started to appear amongst the governments of the founding states and they wanted to establish something powerful and useful for all of the citizens of the member countries. [[ClayMoreMC]] also stated to [[ArrowsMaster]] that [[Eldorian Kingdom]] and [[Kingdom of Allemania]] should build stronger relationship by forming a commonwealth. And so, on the founding day the treaty was signed where both sides agreed to help each other build a prosper place and give each other proper assistance in times of war.
