Overview
Dmitriev was created as a settlement by PureClark, now known as DemonDen. It is located in the north-west region, below Moon Lagoon and directly west of Trexlergrad. Dmitriev has changed hands, originally being a part of Moon Lagoon, then State of Aether, and handed back to UMLT in 2023. It can be accessed by /warp dmitriev.
Origins
The area, a snowy biome, had previously been a new year's celebration, before PureClark created the settlement there. This was then rapidly expanded, with a port, castles and a village.
