Sand Man

Is the fourth city of The Heartlands and is inspired by DirtTown and it's Mayor is CodeLunar. It's a abandoned old village (possibly generated in 1.10-1.13) with it's only inhabitants at this moment being Jerry, Bob with their kids and Sand Man.
